C Lounge by Al Dana gives Doha-lites a cheer with new midweek “C Lounge Hour” and “Aperitivo Wednesdays”
Following its opening on 2 February 2016, C Lounge by Al Dana now offers guests a reason to celebrate the weekday at the beachside alfresco with new midweek promotions:
#- C Lounge Hour / Every Monday to Wednesday from 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m., guests can make the weekday count with the One-for-One offer on individual beverage orders from the menu.
#- Aperitivo Wednesdays / Wednesday is the new Thursday. Guests can enjoy pre-dinner Aperitivo in true Italian tradition every Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m., featuring Italian signature cocktails accompanied with a gracious selection of complimentary Italian bites that are refreshed weekly by the Chef’s inspiration.
Adjacent to Al Dana seafood restaurant, C Lounge by Al Dana is the new vibrant outdoor hot spot that offers guests a relaxed atmosphere to stargaze and start the evening.
C Lounge features creative cocktails and wines, special meze selections by Chef de Cuisine Evangelos Liakouris and Shisha with a variety of flavours that are enjoyed with vibrant music and stunning views of the Doha skyline.
C Lounge is open daily except for Sundays, from 4:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m.
With over 12 years culinary experience, Chef Liakouris who hails from Greece leads the Al Dana and C Lounge by Al Dana kitchen brigade with the introduction of Ikaria-inspired cuisine in the hotel whereby fresh vegetables, fish and seafood, and the use of Mediterranean herbs and olive oil are essential to his brasserie-style healthy food concept.
Signature dishes at C Lounge include Mini Lobster Burgers, Trout Croquettes with Almond Praline and Beef Fillet Tataki in Homemade Truffle Mayonnaise.
