She emphasizes the need to build on these varied strengths as they have the ability to empower one to scale new heights.

Faten also stressed that individuals seeking success in their careers must take full responsibility for their lives and avoid feeling victimized by circumstances.

With a belief that all situations can be overcome, individuals can rise beyond any doubts that may hold them back.

Self-branding is another critical part of achieving success in one’s career, Faten underscores. “Get yourself a good brand. If you don’t bet on yourself why would a recruiter or an employer bet on you?” she questions.

Life and Executive Coach Faten is also a TEDx Speaker, a pharmacist, a career development facilitator, a soft skills trainer, an NLP practitioner and a positive psychology practitioner.

Faten works on “empowering individuals of different career and social backgrounds including corporate executives, entrepreneurs, students, professionals, housewives and others who are keen on self-development to achieve their ultimate goals and who are striving to find their path.”
