the person calling himself CHANG will ask you for personal detail pretending that he is getting you a personal load with very low interest.

Just be carefull.... once you send the documents he will tell u that u have been approved but we need somethng like 100 dollar for insurance of processing fee....
NEVER deal with him
if you ignor him , he will use ur ID. AND passport copies and detail to fraud other documents using ur name and other people photoes for other purposes.
Never trust this people ,,,, I wish QL CAN DO ANYTHING TO CLOCK THIS CROOK

Why would anyone give him the information in the first place? If you need a loan, you go to a financial institution or perhaps a friend or family member - not to some stranger on the internet.
