working hours and compensation

Hi all,
I just want an advise regarding the conditions of my contract working hours and compensation. I wanted to know if this conditions are legal and is allowed on qatar labor law:
1. Normal working hours is 12 hours a day with fixed rate and no overtime.
2. Working days is as per client requirements. I do not have day off, I am not paid overtime for working on my supposed to be day off.
I am working for a short duration only. However, I wanted to know if all this conditions on my contract with the company is ok.

it looks like conditions are quite demanding. however you should relate them to money and evaluate. will the contract be registered? ...because it appears that conditions are not in line with the law, unless it is for a particular category among those excluded from the law...
according to Qatar Law 48 per week is allowed above these hours u need to get OT or compensate
