1-Is it for mass or class?

2-It is middle class targeted or high class gentry targeted?

3- Matar Qadeem for middle class gentry,Muntzah/Mansoora for working lower grade class,Pearl for high end persons,SOuq Waqif for tourists purpose.

If u can make two meals one veg and one non-veg for home delievery and as a speciality than u can open it in Matar Qadeem commercial road very busy and a hub for good food in the evening...

I had plans to open a small eatery but finally I gave up...
