What is the New Labour Law reform about Regining a Job and Going in Exit?

Hi Guys!!

I wander what might be the new reform of Qatar Labour Law about breaking a contract (Resigning a Job) before its End period, and Going back in Exit, Some says we can come back in New visa after 2,3 days of our departure, some says same 2 year ban applies. which is the truth? can anybody explain me this case with reference??

If the labour law is due in October, then wait till after that - June serves no purpose ...

As per government announcements , the law will go into effect in October 2016..
