What are the countries we can visit if we have Qatar resident

Just putting it up here so that it might help someone else;

I'm Sri Lankan, and i just came back from Georgia Visa was on arrival but they asked for my RP and insurance which can be purchased here at the Doha Intl airport.

Unfortunately, this is not completely true. The visa upon arrival for Qatari RP holders only applies for certain professions and the visa has to also clearly state that the holder of the RP is a manager. I know for sure that a project manager, engineering manager, commercial manager can get a visa upon arrival but a sales manager does not.

In any way, with the current situation, good luck to you flying to Dubai, Saudi Arabia, or Bahrain with or without visa upon arrival.

I'm assuming that you are not a Qatari, but an immigrant who has just received your RP. First of all, I'd like to congratulate you for receiving your RP. Secondly, the list of countries that the Qatari ID allows you to visit only includes your own country and those which allow citizens of your country to obtain a visa upon arrival.

In plain english, the Qatari RP does not change your status unfortunately.
