visa issue

Hi,
I have new indian passport, applied for qatar working visa. My visa application did not get accepted. Is there a issue/ problem with new indian passport?. format of the new indian passport is different as compared with the old indian passport.
Please help me.

new or old, since the passport is issued by the proper authority it is all same.

you may have some other issues , so you just check with Immigration department for the reason for rejection.
