Unable to leave out of Qatar, Need Help plz.
I am working here as a chemist. I submitted my resignation letter after completing 1 month due to the worst working environment and unhealthy condition. Now company requesting to pay QR. 28,800.00 to get the exit permission
QR. 28,800 calculated by
1200 X 24 = 28,800
basic salary X 24 months = 28,800
I don’t have that much money to pay and I want to know whether this 28,800 fine is true or lice.
Special Note
One of my relative took me here. I didn’t receive any contract paper or offer letter but I received my Qatar ID and 1 year visa don't know how it happened. Pls help me to get out of Qatar( never will come back )
As Dsouza said, threaten her saying that you will go to labour dept., and you will go out easily without any hassles. Never trust ( lady ) relatives, men are trust worthy.
Go to labor court..your problem will solve immdtly...best of luck,,..
and don't sign any contract papers..
My relative working as a assistant HR manager and only she is not letting me to go. She is telling me to pay QR. 28,800 to get the exit from Qatar. I ask about this from most of the people whether should I want to pay this amount to get the exit permit and they said that she is lying to keep u for 2 years. So I want to confirm whether it is true or lice. please help me... Relative cheated meee :'(
Being a chemist, why did you agreed for 1200 basic ? Did you make any salary or Company assessment, prior to your arrival or did your relative cheated you ? But it is not justified to ask for compensation pls seek help from legal sources. BOL.
Ask your relative who brought you here to give the money and then you leave Qatar. Or ask your relative to help in getting release from that company without paying this money or to find another job
