Transfer of SPONSORSHIP / NOC

My contract is about to end on january and i still want to continue working in doha but under a different company. My current company doesnt give NOCs. What should i do? I need some insights on this. Thank you!

You can't force your way through to get NOC. If you are in good terms with the company, talk nicely to them till you get it. If you burned you bridge already, try to apologize.
