Termination benefits

Hi all,

I have been working for a company for last 8 years and one month before i was terminated due to some safety issues. Management has given 2 warning letters with in one month ( given in 2 differnt occasions). After the incident HR adviced to give resignation to avoid termination and i hv resigned and they gave acceptance also. In the letter they hv mentioned 3 month as notice . But now they r saying i will not get notice pay becos termination as per article 12. My bonus also denied due to warning letter. Pls advice can they terminate without notice pay?

You can also contact Human Rights Committee and they may be able to guide you better. Suggest you visit their office.
