I appreciate your response , in 2010 a company can directly apply for Tax Card. But rule has changed and they issued revised form also. Previously, in 2010, we have not required to submit any kind of application form except a request in company letter head. But the procedure has changed. also in 2010 they have issued only temparary tax cards, now they withdraw the coencept of Temporary tax card, and currently issuing permanent tax card.

So please refresh your knowledge before arguing.

TO MR. JOTHISH IN 2010 I OBTAINED THE TAX CARD WITH OUT GIVING A PENNY OR ANY HELP FROM ANYBODY DIRECTLY FROM THE TAX DEPARTMENT AND MINE IS A NOT FULLY QATARI COMPANY, THERE ARE 4 SHARE HOLDERS IN THE COMPANY, QATARI (51%), FIRST INDIAN (16%), SECOND INDIAN (16%), THIRD INDIAN (17%).

Its better to go to the Tax Dept. here . Yo just have to fill up a Form there and then within short they will hand over the Card.

If your company is 100% qatari company you have to submit the tax application request to Income tax department with out the help of a Auditing Firm, But if Your company is not a 100% Qatari Company (Qatari sponsor hold 100% Shares ) you have to submit the application only through an Auditing Firm

There is no speed process or under the table procedure. you will get the tax card within 10 days from the date of the application.
