Secondment -sponsorship transfer
I have received NOC from my second sponsor being a release to start with another sponsor but since i have not completed 1 year my secondment is not accepted by immigration dept saying let 1 year be finish then only they can accept the same,my question is i have completed almost 10 months with my second sponsor who has issued NOC which i have submitted to my new sponsor but they are not able to obtain a iyara atleast from the immigration dept.asking me to wait till completion of 1 year,whereas they wanna to hold my 1 month salary up until completion of sponsorship transfer process completed or issue the one month guarantee cheque to them.Is this the way as per qatar labour law that unless one's visa get transfer he is put on ransom like this.please somebody put lights on this matter and clarify the issue...
