Salary not being paid-where can file a complained

Hi All,
These days market is flooded with small IT companies where employees work and due to constant delays in salary leads to non payment of employee salary for 2-3 months.
I joined IT company which had good client base in Qatar. I was on business visa initialy for 3 months in Qatar and my June & July salary were pending. Before leaving qatar for visa renewal i resigned and asked my employer to give my full and final settlement but till date my 2 months salary is pending. The time i was not being paid i used my credit cards to survive in Qatar and i am still paying interest of that amount.
I am requesting everyone to help me out in this situation andsuggest me a platform where i can complain for such matter and get justice.

I fully support you Priyanka but you need to sit with the higher officials & tell your situation in detail .......... going against your employer won't get you much benefits ............... try to resolve the dispute amicably .......................
You don't say whether you're still in Qatar or not. If you are still here , then you could go to the labour office and file a case.
If you are out of the country, then I don't hold out much hope.
By the way, "the market being flooded" is no excuse for not paying the workers. Too many companies get away with it
Gather all proofs that you are working for them ... make official email communications politely between you and the company. then make a move legally (Embassy / Qatar Labour Dept.). i do know one victim. if you can call me 66693096
