hi everyone i wants your advice i asked my sponser release but he say NO please tell me what to do i found very nice job they pay verygood.  i dont like eligel thing to do. so plz tell me. which way i go

anyone knows about the coming sponsorship law? i heard about this from my colleagues, but they don't know when it will take effect. any ideas? thanks

LOL  Not sue if that is the best route to go.

 

Under this scenerio, I assume that the current law allow u to exit and come back and get a new visa to work for a new company (no 2 years ban) if u are being fired correct? If that is the case, then with or without company release, u can always hope the company to FIRE u

to bypass the 2 years ban to work for a new employer with better offer.

 

In effect NOC doesnt work at all.

Exit Doha,  and  let ur new employer  find ways to get u a visa  so u can  work for him

 

 

How to exit......... if ur a good employee, then ur boss will not really let u go..........

 

start being lazy,  do lots of mistakes,  pretend that u have a poor hearing,  came late , pretend being sleepy most of the time...... and ur boss might beg u to get out of his company..........

if he say no is nobut if he have good friend try to speak to him to help you a lot of sponsor don’t like to release so they don’t all the good worker and left alone in the company

i know some1 suffered in the courts withe the human rights beside him for 2 years and then he kicked out in the end.

your sponsor might cancel your working visa  in 2 seconds, and you will be kicked out of the country.. neither old, nor new job then....

Just stay at ur work or he will kick ur ass out. but if u told him to terminate u and give u non obliged  letter u can come back on ur new company sponsorship

Ask your sponsor again

if he is disagree than tell him that, i am going to

complain against you to the Human Right's

if than he is agree than it's ok

if not than go to Human Right's and tell them

about your problem.

they must will help you.
