Under this scenerio, I assume that the current law allow u to exit and come back and get a new visa to work for a new company (no 2 years ban) if u are being fired correct? If that is the case, then with or without company release, u can always hope the company to FIRE u
to bypass the 2 years ban to work for a new employer with better offer.
Exit Doha, and let ur new employer find ways to get u a visa so u can work for him
How to exit......... if ur a good employee, then ur boss will not really let u go..........
start being lazy, do lots of mistakes, pretend that u have a poor hearing, came late , pretend being sleepy most of the time...... and ur boss might beg u to get out of his company..........
if he say no is nobut if he have good friend try to speak to him to help you a lot of sponsor don’t like to release so they don’t all the good worker and left alone in the company
Just stay at ur work or he will kick ur ass out. but if u told him to terminate u and give u non obliged letter u can come back on ur new company sponsorship

i know some1 suffered in the courts withe the human rights beside him for 2 years and then he kicked out in the end.
that what i said but if he want to take the risk is up to him
your sponsor might cancel your working visa in 2 seconds, and you will be kicked out of the country.. neither old, nor new job then....

Ask your sponsor again
if he is disagree than tell him that, i am going to
complain against you to the Human Right's
if than he is agree than it's ok
if not than go to Human Right's and tell them
about your problem.
they must will help you.
Wish you all the best
Ask your new company to negotiate with your current sponsor
