Renting rooms
Hello,
I need to ask if it is legally allowed to rent large villas from locals and then re-rent the same villas to expats with rooms priced individually securing some profit margin. I see so many adds in the Gulf times and other classifieds but not sure if the care taker of the villa is doing a legal business with re-renting the accommodation. If not legal then what could be the penalty for this.
only u have a contract which mentions re renting to other people then u can..i guess
re-letting is illegal. It is not your property to lease so the tenants would have no legal recourse
This kind of stuff is legal i guess coz i knew few guys whose doing such...i don't see any illegal point in such thing..
