Quarantine Hotel Before 16 March 2021

Hi,

I am trying to get back to Qatar before 16 (March). I need to do hotel quarantine, but either the hotels are fully booked or the travel quota is over till mid March. Hence, no hotel can be booked. If someone has changed their travel plans or looking for shared accomodation and has a hotel booking to transfer (I know Qatar Airways do not allow to cancel bookings), I would be willing to pay and get it transferred under my name.
