Qatar & Sharjah, which is better for HVAC business?

I'm employing in Qatar as a showroom incharge for one of A/c company (dealing only with one brand) and i'm getting 1% commission on sale from showroom. But from showroom, the sales amount is only 1.5 million in a year coz manager can't do much job even there are jobs for jobs for billion in Doha. He is afraid. Now, i've completed 2 years in Doha.

So, i searched job and found at sharjah as sales executive, especially for outside sales. And that company's monthly target is 250,000/-Dhs. and commission is 1% on sales.

I've asked some old experience people for shifting job to Sharjah. But most of them advise me to stay at Doha. Now, i'm confuse to go & work there or being in this lazy company,

Pls give me ur adivise. I'll be appreciated on ur adivise.
