Qatar Labour Law - Please help

Dear All,

One of my friend is working with a firm since last one year, who are not regular on salaries and not offering any career growth. He is planning to leave the firm & country as they denied NOC. Now they are not accepting his resignation saying that we can not leave you now. He has family problems also. What best can be done to leave the country in a peaceful manner. Poor guy is not getting salary on time.... and not having enough work at office, he don't want to spoil his future.

We don't have a proper information about approaching Labour deptt.

go to Labor court , ur embassy or human rights office
