Pls help me

I am working in Qatar...I joined this company one month before...the company only give me visa paper..my fingerprint and medical is not done yet...now I got another job offer from other company....can I go to my nationality without exit permit and come back to join another company...my medical and finger is not done yet....pls help me

I think you can go back to your country and come on a new visa. Just confirm before taking any decision.
