Please do Help me!!!

Ramadan Kareem Brothers and Sisters! My Company has closed last march 25 2013, due to financial and private issues with the government. And My sponsor(qatari) have said after 3 days the company has been closed that He will give us a release. and luckily after 6 months i got a new job. now here is the main problem, i gave already my job offer to the Mandoob(egyptian) and talk to him and said that he would process is. Its already 1 month since i have been waiting. and this day i called him and told me to call the acting-manager(sudani) on what i should do with regards the concern job. and i was shocked because he said i am cancel and the sponsor will going to send me to my beloved country. but when i try to contact my old sponsor now, he said he will talk to my mandoob this night. the sudani is asking money from me, the amount is 6,500QR that is a really big amount and i asked him for why he asking me and he said if you want to stay abide my rules . i say its really big amount sir and you know that we have been jobless for almost 6 months. i told also my mandoob about this one and he said nothing. and even shocked. i asked them both why they have prolonged the time if in the end they would cancel me(if this is true). my iqama is already expired and i asked the mandoob to renew it but he said IQama has a 3 months grace period extension. Do i have the right to appeal on Labour? or any department. I am locally hired here and did not do any mistake til the last time our company is running. now i do want your Legal advice on what should i do. I really need to work. Thank you and Salam!
