My pataka got expired two months ago, my employer says he will just renew it after three months since he is still not paying any penalty till the third month.. On the first year I worked here and my pataka got expired, the company did the same. Most of my co-workers have the same problem. We cant even send money or have peace of mind thinking when we go out there might be a police check-point. Need advice.. Thanks

Your company will be held liable for not renewing you ID but for sure they know this already so no worries. I was in the same situation before and I did not get in trouble since I am not doing anything wrong. You can still send money by giving passport copy. Have peace of mind!!!

WITHIN 3 MONTHS YOU WILL HAVE TIME TO RENEW YOUR ID.

POLICE ALSO WILL NOT CAUSE ANY PROBLEM WITHIN 3 MONTHS

JUST SAY THAT, YOUR EMPLOYER IS NOT RENEWING TILL NOW.
