One-man business registration in Qatar

Is it ok to register an already existing one-man business in the U.S. under an already existing company in Qatar?If it's ok,how much will it cost to register such company? What documents are needed?

What i mean is a business run by one man and/or his family.There is no any hidden agenda regarding that.Any westerner knows what a one-man biz is.Many smale scale biz/entreprenuer in western countries operates from homes/internet.For example,sourcing and some contract companyies doesn't need to be that big.It can be a one-man show as it involves linking buyers with sellers.I hope u get where i'm coming from now?
