Need advise for resigning
Hi, today I signed a salary offer (not contract) from X company with a condition 1 month notice before resignation. But Im still waiting atleast 2 weeks for a call for my dream job which I know I have high chance of employment.
I will start tomorrow for the X company under probationary period of 3 months.
I want to know, if by any chance that my dream job call to me, can I leave this X company without resignation? will I get banned? will I need a NOC to transfer?
I just signed the salary offer cause I really need a job urgent and I want to try working with this X company.

tnx for the comment bro..just wondering if I can just leave the company immediately (within the week) if I will be hired in my dream job, even with just verbal resignation to the HR...have anyone tired this??
Additional scenario, In case I worked for 2 weeks then just stop working for X company cause my dream job called. Is it ok to just leave the company
No need noc if under probation period and no medical,finger prints done.
You can switch to other company, if you not transfer your visa to x company which you're joining.
