MANANGEMENT-IGNORANCE OR STILL THAT ARE HOPE!

Again i would liked to discuss furthermore about the article that i wrote about one these Cyprus base company, with a branch here Qatar regarding the problem of people who worked in these company which is located in Mukeinas Street an MEP Contracting Company.
According to my source last year of December 2009 it came to point that most of the people(skilled, foreman and etc) most of them are resigned and stayed in the camp for almost 9-3 months onwards, they where FED UP with there company and decided to have an action which they consider to get the attention of the higher management of the said company with there action it will delay and stop the work
in the site. For almost 3 days of these delays they get the attention of the management in that said project and they immediately went to the camp and discus the said problem they even promise and convince these people half of the people will be leaving QATAR with full settlement on
Dec. 31 and the other half will be on the 30th of January 2010 so people are convince knowing that they go home on that said date they promise.
Dec. 31 no one was leaving according to there promises.. People get upset and try to talk to the management in the main office but every time they were there no one has the courage to face the people whom they promise.
According to my source in that company there was an acting Area Manager there but he did not want to come to office for how many days.WHY IS HE AFRAID TO THESE PEOPLE? He supposed to be the one whos facing these problem thats why hes is an
acting
"ACTING AREA MANAGER"..For me its not the solution running away from there responsibility it is not a solution.it can only trigger and create more big problem to these desperate people whom they want only is to go home with there family that never seen for how many years...and to claim there final settlement, pending salary for there hard worked in these company not only the skilled people also those staff whos also suffering the same situation..
Thats why im addressing these problem here its not for my benifits its for the these people whom i consider them the real boss of these company with out them these company cannot stand and get profit. I know that these company is the one financing the projects they can get but did they think without these kind of people there staff and specially the skilled one they cannot gain profits..
Now its the time for them give them the necessary compensation to the people..
Just look around here in Qatar there a lot of up coming big projects and you want to ruin the name and the reputation of your company that you really take care off there in Cyprus and here in Qatar..for these matter..
Look around and observe the people indside youre office here QATAR what are the top management doing, these are the one whos getiing a big salary but just sitting there. still no projects coming in to you..JUST THINK..
I hope that these article will help you to realize how people are important in you're company..And that these people are not come here in QATAR to work for you're company for free, they have a family DEPENDING on them..And i hope and prayed that there family way back home can understand and will not be turned apart/separated cos of these problem..
I hope also that these will not happen to you're family..
Em not here to destroy you.. these is just wake up call for you...
I think its not late for you people there in you're main office in Cyprus to realize these problem..
I hope that these problem are will resolve immediately..

I know that still in you're heart that you love and care as the way you love you're family..consider these people also as a part of you're family..

GOD BLESS US YOU AND ALL OF US.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH..

Suggest that they go to the Labor Dept. if the company will continue refusing a dialogue
