Lawyer to consult individual on employment matter and Qatar Ministry of Labour experience

Hi guys, I hope you are all fine. Ramadan Kareem.
I posted in this forum earlier that I was victimized by my company and now I have a good reason to think that they will try not to pay my dues (flight home, gratuity, holidays not used etc.). What happened is I submitted my resignation letter and after this they decided to terminate me, which they did.
I am now trying to think of a back-up plan in case they really do not pay me my dues. Has anyone here been to the Ministry of Labour with the similar issue or spoke to lawyers about it?
Any contacts of law firms that consult individuals on employment matters or any of your experience at the Ministry of Labour will be appreciated.
Thanks, I hope that this won't happen, but better be safe than sorry.
Dear Sir,
Before wasting any time report to National Human Rights Committee: NHRC
Even labour court is very lengthy time consuming process.
Now NHCR is under Ministry of Interior therefore police is managing it. They will call your company owner to report to them.

The Labour Office is very helpful in solving such matters. If you have a legalized contract they can compel your company to pay you all your dues along with your flight ticket back home. The system of lodging a case is very simple and usually the hearing takes place the very next working day. If you need any advice on how to go about lodging a case at the Labour Office, PM me and I will tell you. However, keep going to a lawyer as a last resort as it will cost you and will take time to get a verdict from the Court.
