I'm 1 month almost a month like this no permanence status so i go to POLO or Philp. labor embassy, when they know that i vin their to ask assistance and advice they terminate me.i go already at Qatar labor but they cannot understand English, i vin at human rights they cannot help me if i don't have my copy of my contract, even they not give me they said they cannot help me if i don't have copy of my contract. Also our embassy they said they cannot do anything only counselling so where i can go to have justice for me.

You and your manager didn't get along and finally, after some years of an acrimonious relationship you were fired. Hmm, sorry, I'm not sure I see where your embassy or the Labor Court will intervene here. It's a sad story but perhaps not illegal.

avryl: being "not having your contract copy with u" it self is something against the rules and u can make a complain based on that u r working with someone who is not giving u a copy of ur contract, so be brave and go to make a complain against these monsters, and if u need help in translation of any documents pls let me know, humans are made for each other

go back to POLO or to our embassy with a companion who will tell it in "mild" ways.

Or go to the HUman Right and bring a friend who knows arabic language. It might help.

you do not have a copy of your contract? how come? a contract is made in 3 copies with stamps. 1 copy for your employer, 1 for the labour and 1 for you. better to speak to your boss and tell him all your concerns..

try to find some other job if they agree to give you NOC. if not try to speak to him to find out what exactly he wants.
