hi, my company computer card going to expire july 1
i have to go to india at july 5,
my PRO says it take few days to renew computer card
if i take exit permit before computer card get expired can i travel ?
i mean if i take exit permit on jun 30 (exit permit valid for 7 days ) can i travel without any problems ?
if you get it on 30th june, it will expire on7th july.
it is like 7 days apart from the issuing day.
how they calculate 7 days ,like calender days or 168 hours from the time of issue ?
Yes , Better you will inform your PRO to take exit permit for 30/06/2014, it's valid for 7 day's Don't worry brother.

Yes You can take Exit permit by Jun 30 and it is valid for 7 days.
Also if the Computer card is expired, even then, you can take exit permit.
Your Mandoub will have to pay some amount like 250 Qr something and the computer card will become active for that day only. Then he can apply for exit permit for you and for other employees and the next day, the computer card will expire again. Most companies will not reveal this info to employees.
