Thanks for reply, but it is very hard to get from MOI due to I do no have enough Instant. My occupation is engineer except RP of technician, if someone know about any representative who are organizing please let me know as shortly.

Depending on your eligibility, you get visa from govt, accomodation you have arrange by self. Check MOI website for4 more details.
