Take a English business writing course first.

This reminds me of a new hire we just got. I had to spend 45 minutes over the phone with a guy trying to tell him how to open his email and write a email. I finally gave up!!! Went to my manager and asked, where did you get this guy??? Show me his CV and certificates!!! No kidding!!!

People, If you do not have computer skills, why did you apply for the job??? Do i have time to stop my job to teach you??? No! I earned my degree, not buy it to get my job.

Go educate yourself before you try representing anyone, and embarrass yourself.

Thanks.

Your profile says you are a Marketing Manager. How did you reach that position if you does not know how to handle a business communication.

Whoever suggested this website to you as a resource for business communication? If you do not even know how to write an Email, how do you think you can represent a company anyways? Or do you think someone will just post a reply and that will transform you to a business English guru?

before you represent UK and US companies, the best thing you can do first is to learn how to make a corporate email.
