How long for working visa process?

Hi all,

It's been over 2months since HR applied for work visa.. Is this a general issue with Qatar work visa? I thought it's usually 2 weeks to process..

I also check MOI website with passport but it keep showing "sorry requested visa not found" almost 3 months now..

I am confused about this please.
