How is it tough to find job in Qatar now?

Considering the situation in Qatar right now, how easy/ tough is it to find a job here, especially for female technical Engineers?

Any experienced person can give some insights?

I don't think its at all a good decision... no jobs only job postings...want driver for all the positions...check any brand any comp.
