How to file a case against Qatari employer

IMHO best is to avoid it..move ahead in life - there are ample opportunities...as one bro rightly suggested to fight here against all odds is very difficult.

My employer does not provide the conditions promised in the initial offer letter and in the contract. The people who manage the company try to make employees work in a place they own, but it's a part of another company. Is this legal and whom should I turn to?

pls dont take a rong advise from people if you have any problem with your sponsor kindly visit a labour office

my bro in law had filed a case against his employer for not paying his dues when he had resigned.... the company counter filed a case with false accusations against him.... Happened in Sharjah....

The result? got stuck in the country for 3 years nd just fighting the case.... till eventually loosing the case nd paying the huge amount to the company....

now he is banned in UAE.

Ofcourse u can say law might be better here in Qatar but y take a risk... afterall fighting a case with a local guy is not so easy.

just turn the page nd try starting afresh... control ur anger nd frustrations for a better tomorrow.

well its just my advice.... do what u think is right... but later, dont regret it.

visit your embassy and labor office with copies of your contract & pertinent documents (pictures, proof, recordings). and be ready should worse comes to worst - being sent home or being accused of fabricated crimes.
