expired general scope nurse certificate

hi everyone.. im working as a registered dental assistant here in qatar.. but im planning to apply as a nurse here.. can anyone help me what to do because my prometrics passing certificate as general scope nurse will be expired..anyone knw what i should do? is general scope nurse passing certifiacte

renewable? or when its expired i should take the exam again? please help me.. thanks all :)
