End Of Contract

Can an employer keep you against your will after you have given notice of non renewal and your contract has ended? My hubby is a Manager but we're concerned that his company might try to hold him back because they won't have a Manager to replace him.

If he wants to work in Qatar, he would need an NOC. Otherwise he cannot enter the country for 2 years (there's a proposal to change that to 5).
