Driving license

HELLO.i have been trying to get License now almost a year. i passed the signal and parking test for the first time. but now on the road test i failed 4 times and i also take half course for 2 more chance for the road test but again i failed.now i have left only 1 last chance.its been so bad.i drive really good.my instructor said your driving is perfect but i dont know why they fail me again and again.please if anybody have reference for the driving license please let me know.
