DONT have enough experience as a NURSE

I am a Registered Nurse in the Philippines but the problem is I dont have enough experience.I only  have volunteer nurse and DOLE-Nars experience The worst part is I already took and passed my prometric exam and processed my the Data Flow. A pinoy HR told me that my PROMETRIC EXAM and my DATA FLOW are useless because of my experience.. What should I do....is there any job option..... that related on my course? please give me an advice guys.tnk you in advance...

If you are sponsored by your father or husband you can get a job as a trainee nurse and when you have obtained a total three years experience you become a nurse.

Otherwise you will have to obtain experience elsewhere before trying again.

thank you for the comment..BTW what do u mean of "volunteeer work unless you get renumeration"? and are there any jop options that related on my course?

Hi. You need to have at least 3 years of experience for them to consider you for licensing. The experience should be outside of Qatar and before coming over. Volunteer work unless you get renumeration, will not be considered. Try to make an appeal. In worst case, they will allow you to sit in the exam and work as technician.
