Delayed PCC from CIED

Applied for PCC @ CIED past 12 days before. after registeration METRASH Status shows "UNDER PROGRESS"..later after 3 days status changed to "DONE SUCESSFULLY"..but yet i didnt receive any message from metrash...what does status mean? is it ready for collection? or need to wait until i receive message? any advice plz?
