Dataflow results certificate

I applied for data flow last April 13, 2015 and it was completed after 1 month. I checked my status online and until now, it still says WIP(Application is under final quality check). It has already been 3 months and I need my verification completed certificate as soon as possible.

Do you have any idea why it is taking this long? All the components are already completed.

Useless company with poor service and customar care. Very strange no contact nos........ to find out what is going on. I wish someone can take them to court to releive pain of thousands in GCC.
