Customer Service Agent at Qatar Airways

I have recently applied for a position as a Customer Service Agent at Qatar Airways, Hamad International based. I have read a lot of articles both good and bad about the working conditions. From what I've read, most of the negativity seems to be surrounding the rules and working conditions for females and the articles are at least 2 to 3 years old.

I just want some clarity on whether conditions have relaxed and what it's really like working both for Qatar Airways and in Qatar. I would appreciate a non-biased, open response.
