copy of contract
Guys,just want to ask something...it is the right of every expat workers here in qatar to ask for a copy of contract right..because i was wondering why my company dont give me a copy..??
i was hired here in qatar,if i resigned from my job can i ask for an NOC from the company..is it my right too..??

1 for you, 1 for Labor and 1 for the company. Regarding the NOC, it's a case-to-case basis, no definite ruling on that. Better go to Labor or Human rights if you have any query about this and you'll have a more definite answer so you can act accordingly.
You can not use any advice you will get here in this forum against your employer.
I have provided the company with a NOC because i am locally hired..hope you can help me with this because my company dont want to issue a NOC for me..thank you..
You have every right to ask for copy of contract indeed. NOC depends. If you are locally hired and if you have provided the NOC to the company which you have joined then yes then with help of legal rights department and labour department you can avail the NOC
But if you have come directly on work visa from other country then NOC depends on the willing of the company to provide or not

Copy of contract is your right.
but NOC is not your right, it is your privilage if company agree.
