Clinics that accept registered nurses with only volunteer exp.

Do you know any clinics or private hospitals here in Doha that accepts registered nurses with only 5 months volunteer experience? I am here in Qatar under my father's sponsorship and I am desperate to find a job here as a nurse or nurse trainee in order to gain the experience I needed before applying in hospitals as a staff nurse. Any advice or ideas is a great help. Thanks in advance! :)
