Change Sponsor before 1 year

Dear Sir,

My name is suhair .

So i have in working in Qatar in 10 Month,So before my visa is business visa .After i change my visa work visa in same company ,So my finished my Qatar ID is date:02/06/2016,So Right now my company have no more Project,The company giving NOC ,I got it in another job in another company .That company is telling you can change the visa in new company . My current visa is cancel and take a new visa

I want to know the company i can change visa before One year ....?

The current visa i cancel and take new visa

Am not completed in one year contract,as per the i will get one month leave salary & Gratuity, Tickets

@BOXBE, this world is full of competition, i am not greedy to find a new job, its a good offer for what I am worth, no annual vacation, no personal leaves, nothing at all, its like i am in a Professional Prison...

@Molten Metal, is that you are the MM khalliwalli was telling, I am interested to know why Khalliwalli is promoting you among others, any personal business deal :P:P..,

An absolutely my current sponsor is very greedy person, he donot want to to do small project for even 10000 QAR, such a greedy, and he is working in qatar government, so he is floating in money, but still he need money, i dont know what he is going to do earning lots of money, @Molten Metal, would you not mind paying 15K , if you are getting a job for 10000 QAR, and @khalliwalli , yes he is little kind hear-ted compare to other sponsors, because he is giving NOC atleast for money, when I SEE most sponsors never give NOC,

for me getting a good job for salary (around 10K) is like I am succeeding in my life..,

One is greedy for 15k...other is greedy for a good job

@Boxbe, the problem is i would have left 15 - 30 days left with my current sponsor to complete one year with him, this what all the problem is, another thing is, my sponsor will require minimum 15000 QAR, for NOC, I have to back what I have been getting from him and in the saving, lol

if ur company gives NOC...then i do not see any problem in switching to a new job...what is all the fuzz my friend..a simple thing...1) ur previous company giving noc from them selves 2) u take noc and give to new company 3) now ur in new company sponsor...KHALLAS

I am sorry senior.engineer, I donot want to issue my company name in public and show their week points, because my sponsor is a qatari, and if he got to know that I am behaving like this in public, he will ban my visa, any way the reason we donot have project is, we donot do any project for less price (ex: 10000 QAR), our prices are too much high, and we are the first Qatari IT company started in Doha..

One of my friend is looking for a sponsor who can be a sponsor for his new IT Company. Since it is difficult to get a sponsor who has an IT background, I thought of connecting him with your present Sponsor. Since he has an IT back ground, should be able to understand the IT business model.

Mohamed Rizwan2013 - Can you let me know which is your present Company ?

@muhammad yasir siddiqui, really thanks a lot for your great advice, i appreciate it, my sponsor kind is what I feel big (than some QAR), but the new company is ready to offer me triple for what i am getting now, but the person(HR) who interviewed me also didnt give much respect, because during the interview, some one knock the door of interview room, while i was talking with him, he asked me to go and open the door, i did it as a human being , but I shouldnot have done, because hey might be a manager, but not for me at that time, thats why i am feeling little bad about that company..., Insha allah , allah will show me a great path..

and if you want to waste 15000 Qar for NOC then its up to you if I was in your situation I never pay a single Qar to my sponsor for NOC...

don't switch for some Qar if they are offering you double then go for it and u said your sponsor is very kind hearted and he asking for 15000 Qar for Noc Great...

and my advice for you at least work for one more year with your current company if you can then go for job switch be patience more opportunity will come don't take any decision emotionally...

I feel I am not earning for what I am worth, being in a seat without doing nothing and getting small salary is ,destroying my life my self, I have forgotten most of the coding, i feel i wont be able to show my potential talent in another company after several years if i stay here without doing anything...,

My Sponsor donot want to close the company, because he is waiting until his dreams comes true (as one of the leading IT company in Qatar) , our company has been started in 2002, but I am also waiting until my dreams comes true, the best choice I feel is to leave this company..

Although my sponsor is a kind hearted person (qatari), he will require me to pay atleast 15000 QAR for NOC, and also my current salary is 3600 QAR (with accommodation given) and I have total 4 years experience. My position is IT Programmer. The reason I am not getting any increment is there is no project in company for long time, most of the time i am sitting and doing nothing, seat is getting heated, frustrated browsing online, watching film and chatting in FB during work time, But agreed salary is given on time whether there is project or no (thats one good thing i see with my current sponsor,)., the new offer is good, but I am feeling bad about the person who interviewed me in the new company (), he didnt respect me well, but its a qatari company , thats why i am planning to join

@Rizan, as a professional depends with your current sponsor if he release you,no one will hold you but ensure not losing four running for eight...

According to the current system you have to complete 1 year to change sponsorship.
