Change job before doing finger print

Dears,

I had an offer in another company, but my current company already sent me to do medical exam but still No finger printing, can i go to the another company without any problem??

NO! You need an NOC from your Present Company, because Work Visa has been Issued in your Name, Either you go back if you do, You will have to face a BAN for 2 years!!!
