Change to another company...

Hi Guys

I came to qatar 15.05.2014. my company provide the visa to me, and i signed in 5 years open contract. now 3 years completed here. now how can i change another company??

if i go cancelled can come back qatar as soon. or after finish my 5 years contract then only.

Please clarify to me.

You cannot come back without completing your contract period as per the new Law. Even if you cancel your Visa, You have wait outside Qatar for the remaining 2 years.

If you want to switch jobs before completing contract period,you need NOC from your current employer.
