Can women work in Lakhwiya, Army or Air Force??

Blessings for everyone out there. I'm a graduate of Medical Laboratory Technology I wanted to pursue My career here in Qatar but gotta know that to have a government job I need to have at least 3 years of experience which I'm lacking and the scenario in privates isn't so charming so I decided to change My path. I've seen men from Indo-Pak working in army, air force, police and lakhwiya etc and earning quite well..

So I wanted to ask can women work in these departments or not?? If yes, what are the platforms I should be looking for to get job?? Any similar opportunities to get government jobs with good income?

Would be highly grateful for assistance..
