hi good day...i am planning to resign my contract is unlimited contract i finish more than 2 years in my current employer and i didnot sign new contract when the new law implemented.. can i come back if i have any visa in my hand my current epmloyer will not give me NOC. please advice..

if your contract is unlimited, its default validity is for 5 years.
