Business in Qatar

Hi !

I'm currently working in Qatar with a company for 3 years, and now I'm looking to start my own company in Qatar but as per the procedure once I leave this company I'll have two years ban and I'm sure I'm not going to get the NOC from existing sponsor.

So my question is does a investor need an NOC to come back to Qatar? because I'll cancell the existing Visa and go out of the country after that I'll find a business partner to do be my sponsor in this country BUT IN THAT CASE DO I NEED NOC FROM MY EXISTING SPONSOR.

Thank you very much Mr. Nambiar! then in that case do you know any way out? also I was checking with one of my known local P.R. (Mandoob) who informed me that the existing NOC rule is expected to be changed by April so in that case no one would need the NOC, do you have any such information? or where can I check this information.
