Authenticated Documents

Kabayans, Do I still have to bring my authenticated documents(Diploma,OTR, Certificates of Employment, Birth and Marriage Certificates) from the Philippines (complete authentication from Malacanang to DFA) to the Philippine Embassy in Qatar for attestation, or do I go straight to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs?
Please help shed some light regarding this. Thanks a lot!!!!

You will have to go to The Phillipine Embassy first to have it attested to by the embassy (stamped with "SEEN BY PHILIPPINE EMBASSY DOHA, QATAR"). This stamp will be inspected by MOFA first before they attest it.
