As per the new Income Tax Law no. 24 for 2018 ,the companies registered in Qatar should apply for Tax Card within 30 Days and maintain a proper accounting system. It is also must for every company to submit a tax return in every year along with the accounts audited by a licenced Auditor. The failure to apply for Tax Card will get a penalty of QR 20,000 and the failure to submit the income tax return will get a penalty /day QR 500.
